Front Entry Roof Leak Repair Mission Bay, FL

The homeowner contacted Blues Brothers Roofing Company regarding an active roof leak over their front entry. Once the repair evaluation was scheduled and completed, it was determined that an approximate 8’x8’ area to the right side of the front entry required repair. The existing roof tiles were removed from the repair area and we replaced all visible rotted plywood. We also repaired the return and valley in the same repair area to prevent future leaks. Once complete, new tile underlayment was installed, and the existing tiles were reset.

• The completed repair does include a 1-year warranty on the valley repair area.
• The repair was schedule within a week of the customer signing.
• Once scheduled, the repair was completed with 2 repair technicians in approximately 2.5 hours.
