Front Entry Roof Leak Repair Palm Beach County

The homeowner contacted Blues Brothers Roofing Company regarding an active roof leak over their front entry. Once the repair evaluation was scheduled and completed, it was determined that two valleys over the entry required repair. The existing roof tiles were removed from the repair areas and we replaced all visible rotted plywood. We also repaired the flashing and return over the entry to prevent future leaks. Once complete, new tile underlayment was installed, and the existing tiles were reset. All loose ridge tiles were also re-secured with tile foam and RT 600 tile adhesive and mortar.
